Western Smokehouse Partners is looking for a Data Entry Clerk. This position will report to the Plant Controller. Essential Duties Detail-oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with manufacturing plants to confirm production runs and accurately enter all finished goods into SAP.
Verify and enter all received materials into customer systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Enter outbound shipments into SAP within two hours of departure from the facility to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
Collaborate closely with Accounts Receivable to clarify shipping details and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Partner with Conagra and WSP representatives to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, defective inventory issues and other miscellaneous items.
Track and manage all non–purchase order transactions originating from Conagra—primarily through their R&D department—and coordinate with Customer Service to ensure full process completion.
Monitor and maintain visibility of all open purchase orders, including inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods.
