Snowline Engineering is a state-of-the-art precision machining facility located in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada just 20 minutes outside of Sacramento. Our company's objective is to provide our customers with diversity in precision machining, precision sheet metal, light to medium fabrication, and turnkey assemblies. Position: Data Entry Clerk/ Office Assistant Location: 100% IN OFFICE POSITION, in Cameron Park, CA Status: Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday Our Compensation and Benefits show how much we value our team! $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with high company contribution Long Term Disability and Life Insurance Plans 401K plan with Company Match Generous Paid Vacation and Sick Time Paid Holidays General Description: Responsible for compiling, entering and processing customer data, request for quote, pulling drawings, expediting orders, data for the day-to-day operations of the company.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of similar experience
- Experience with computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and ERP shop software
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Organizational skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Professionalism
- Able to multi-task
Responsibilities
- Maintain files and storage system
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Retrieve documents and files when requested.
- Must be detail oriented
- Review, acknowledge and expedite customer purchase orders
- Become familiar with customer needs
- Enter data accurately
- Determine data entry priorities
- Must be able to work in an office setting with discreet and professional manner
