Type and generate information and indictment documents. Enter and update case information in CRIMES Management System. Utilize Law Enforcement Agency Databases. Proofread and sort documents. Date stamp documents. File all necessary paperwork. Facilitate telephone calls, transfer to appropriate individual, and take messages. Copy, fax, and email documents. Maintain confidentiality of information and systems. Interact with States Attorneys Office employees and personnel of outside agencies. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
