About The Position

The Data Entry Assistant will provide essential support to the administrative and clinical departments by entering, reviewing, and organizing digital records. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or administrative training preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical support, or medical office administration.
  • Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow strict documentation protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and manage patient information, procedure notes, billing entries, and scheduling data in secure digital systems.
  • Perform remote file organization, document scanning, indexing, and digital archiving tasks.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries across multiple platforms.
  • Communicate with onsite teams to clarify discrepancies and obtain missing information promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal data-handling procedures.
  • Utilize remote tools to track tasks, manage workloads, and maintain structured digital workflows.
  • Assist with data cleanup, reporting preparation, and administrative documentation projects.
  • Support overall office efficiency by ensuring timely and accurate data processing.
