Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
experience with database software is a plus.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various platforms and databases.
Ensure data quality and consistency to support business analytics and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and resolve discrepancies.
Enter and verify data from multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy.
Review and correct data inconsistencies and errors promptly.
Maintain and update databases and records in accordance with company standards.
Generate reports and summaries to assist business units in data-driven decision making.
Assist in developing and improving data entry procedures and workflows.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding data issues and improvements.
Adhere to data privacy and security policies at all times.
