Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare and operational datasets
- Support the analytics team in building basic reports and data summaries
- Help maintain and update dashboards and performance tracking tools
- Identify basic trends and patterns in data to support team insights
- Prepare clear and simple data reports for internal teams and management
- Collaborate with senior analysts and department teams on data projects
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all platforms
- Participate in paid training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship sessions
