About The Position

Performs a variety of duties to support the Data & Enterprise Solutions Director by assisting with logistical and administrative duties. Assists with routine coordination, tracking, and documentation related to Data Center and Fiber operations, including billing support. Maintains recurring reports and supports department activities to ensure accurate records and timely execution of standard processes.

Requirements

  • Position requires an Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, and;
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a business or technical environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Numbers or similar tools) is required.
  • Requires basic technical or professional experience specific to wireless communications or related industry.
  • Requires knowledge of industry terminology and general operating procedures relative to one’s own job.
  • Climb stairs and/or ladders
  • Lift boxes, such as those containing promotional materials weighing approximately 5 to 20 pounds
  • Work under pressure to meet strict deadlines or respond to emergencies
  • Differentiate between colors
  • Communicate orally and in writing in an excellent manner
  • Operate general office equipment (i.e., fax machine, photocopier, computer printer) stationed between 3 and 4 feet high
  • Quickly and accurately access and enter information using an automated system.
  • Sit for long periods of time
  • Maintain attendance according to company policy

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the preparation and processing of monthly Data & Enterprise Solutions billing under established procedures.
  • Supports the fiber circuit requisition process by coordinating required information between customers and partner owners.
  • Reviews billing data and flags discrepancies for resolution by appropriate staff.
  • Maintains department calendars, schedules, and routine activity tracking.
  • Prepares standard memorandums, correspondence, and reports as directed.
  • Provides logistical support for programs, meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents using established templates and guidelines.
  • Tracks ongoing projects and maintains status documentation for internal visibility.
  • Generates recurring reports and basic statistics as requested.
  • Performs other routine administrative and support duties as assigned.
