Data Engineering Intern
About The Position
The Digital Centre of Excellence team is seeking a Data Engineering Intern to support the Data Engineering team in managing an enterprise data warehouse for analytics and business intelligence reporting. The candidate should have a working knowledge of SQL-based databases, and knowledge of Python is preferred. They should be comfortable collaborating with the larger Data Engineering team and have a passion for learning new data technologies and tools. Candidates must be willing to explore and learn new technologies. During the internship, the Data Engineering Intern will be assigned a project they can complete. The Data Engineering Team will guide them in learning new technologies and applying that knowledge to successfully complete the project.
Requirements
- Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering educational background preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL required.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Python programming preferred.
