Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and managing data, including data visualization, data management, data governance, data strategy, data policy, or data engineering
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps or Power Automate, to help improve business processes and analytics
  • Experience with automated workflows using Power Automate and developing canvas and model-driven apps
  • Experience analyzing data to interpret data, identify trends, solve problems and communicate actionable insights using Power BI advanced visualization capabilities
  • Experience documenting improvements to business processes, workflows, and analytics
  • Ability to work on client site in the State of Hawaii
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Department of War (DoW)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Query, Databricks, or SQL for data engineering and Agile
  • Experience with MS Dataverse
  • Experience with process improvement approaches and methodologies, including Business Process Reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, or Continuous Process Improvement
  • Ability to synthesize results and deliver presentations to product owners or stakeholders
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing organizational processes
  • Secret clearance
  • Microsoft Certification, including Power Platform Certification
