About The Position

Our company is investing in a centralized data foundation to serve as a single source of truth for enterprise data that streamlines governance, reduces operational costs, and accelerates decision-making. With over 350 data products and 3,000 active users, this platform is the backbone of our data strategy, enabling secure, governed, and high-quality data access across the organization. It’s designed for efficiency, scalability, and AI-readiness, positioning us for the next generation of analytics and business intelligence. As a member of the Enablement Team, you’ll play a critical role in helping data producers contribute seamlessly, and data consumers access the information they need with confidence. You’ll engage directly with teams across the enterprise to accelerate adoption, guide best practices, and create self-service resources such as reference documentation, reusable design patterns, and pipeline constructs. Your work will influence how thousands of users interact with data every day. This role offers variety and growth—from collaborating with architects on optimal data architecture and risk posture, to building components and data pipelines in AWS and Snowflake, to partnering with engineers across the company to solve real-world challenges. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies like Snowflake, AWS, GitHub, SQL, and Python, and contribute to building scalable, secure data solutions that make a tangible impact. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 - 4 years related work experience or a Master's in a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT professional
  • Experience in data engineering, ETL development, or data platform enablement.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS services, and version control tools like GitHub.
  • Ability to work directly with data and datastores through programming language such as SQL, Python, Java, etc
  • Experience with a variety of data modeling techniques and data structures
  • Ability to optimize data for analytics and data science
  • Experience building/operating systems for data extraction, ingestion and processing of large data sets
  • Knowledge and direct experience using business intelligence reporting tools
  • Experience building data products incrementally and integrating and managing datasets from multiple sources
  • Basic planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required
  • Ability to collaborate with others required
  • Must be able to effectively communicate strategies and designs to all levels of the company
  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • May be required to provide on-call support
