  • Deep understanding of data modeling and the modern data stack, including data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift), data lakes (Iceberg, Delta Lake), and best practices for schema design and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with data security, privacy, including handling sensitive enterprise data, PII, and compliance-driven pipelines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Data Analysts and Product & Engineering teams to translate technical challenges into clear, reliable data solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Startup experience working with rapidly evolving requirements, ambiguous problem spaces, and lean teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own end-to-end ETL/ELT and CDC pipelines for both multi-tenant and single-tenant systems, enabling high-quality, analysis-ready data for the Senior Data Analyst and cross-functional partners.
  • Set up, maintain, and evolve data pipelines using orchestration platforms like Airflow.
  • Design, operate, and scale our core data platform as usage grows.
  • Ship and maintain curated gold-layer datasets with reliable tests and monitoring for freshness and accuracy.
  • Ingest and integrate product and third-party data sources to power internal dashboards and platform analytics.
