In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain enterprise ETL solutions that power insights across the organization. This is an opportunity to work with modern data tools, collaborate across teams, and apply your expertise in a mission-driven healthcare environment where data truly matters. What you will do: The Data Engineer II designs, develops and maintains key components of Children's Extract, Transformation and Load routines using Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, Microsoft Fabric, stored procedures and other available tools. Identified as an application expert and primary contact in SSIS or similar ETL tool. Performs work that is complex and cross functional in nature. This role is a key contributor to the organization's Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence programs. Performs development, testing, changes to code and/or routines utilizing defined frameworks and development standards. What you will need: Bachelor's degree in or equivalent experience in IT or healthcare related field of study required. Certifications related to work area of focus, or Apprenticeship diploma preferred. 3 years of experience preferred. Master's degree in related field preferred. Epic experience preferred Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems preferred. Demonstrated strong analytical skills. Exhibits the aptitude in the following Competencies: Action Oriented, Manages Complexity, Collaborates and Optimizes Work Processes. Demonstrated experience designing and developing data quality, master data management or similar solutions. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail.
