About The Position

As a Design Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing menu products, bundles, and promotions for KFC and its multi-brand initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements and execute pricing for national promotions and market tests. Your expertise will also be utilized in providing strategic support and ensuring the quality of technology solutions for end users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering) or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in menu development, pricing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with menu management, POS, and digital channel operations.
  • High degree of knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • Willingness to provide on-call support during non-business hours.
  • Passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and create menu products, bundles, and promotions using Byte Menu Management and NCR MS2 Database applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements for data changes across platforms.
  • Execute pricing for national promotions and market tests for KFC and multi-brand initiatives.
  • Participate in project teams for functional specifications and delivery plans.
  • Fulfill menu and pricing requests from franchisees and brand marketing partners.
  • Provide on-call support during non-business hours to resolve application-related issues.
  • Offer recommendations for strategic support planning.
  • Assist in supporting Data Management roles for various data needs.
  • Conduct thorough usability testing and QA for new solutions before deployment.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of data changes for POS, kiosk, and digital channels.
