About The Position

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms, assisting with payroll processing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle data entry and/or payroll processing experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms and/or payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Kronos) and timekeeping software.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Experience with benefits, garnishments, accruals, labor, adjustments, etc. is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, validate, and manage data from multiple sources.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments.
  • Prepare and submit reports and assist with audits as needed.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments in the payroll system.
