About The Position

Responsible for data management, including data abstraction and database management required to complete various quality data projects for the the Baptist Cancer Center. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Data management or medical office experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other general office equipment.
• Must have knowledge of general medical terminology and medical tests in pathology, radiology, and oncology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in field related to healthcare or research preferred

Responsibilities

• Abstracts and audits data for oncology quality projects.
• Attends meetings or conferences as directed.
• Completes Quality Project(s).
• Completes assigned goals.
