About The Position

Under the direction of the Director, Quality, Patient Safety & Risk Management, the Credentialing and Quality Data Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of provider OPPEs, FPPEs, and reappointments, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance. The coordinator also supports data collection, reporting, and visualization efforts related to medical staff performance and quality outcomes. Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in medical staff credentialing, quality management, or healthcare administration.
  • Proficient in Verity, MIDAS, EPIC, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft Power Point
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI
  • Certified Professional in HealthCare Quality (CPHQ), preferred.
