Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in information technology, health care, project management or operations role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Excellent analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of DOS, Windows, SQL, SPSS, is helpful
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent required with three to five years of related experience.
- Will accept Computer Science Degree either Associate or Bachelor’s in lieu of 3-5 years’ experience.
Responsibilities
- Configuration of client implementations and updates in the survey level database
- Creating custom survey level conversions for reporting breakouts
- Configuration mapping tables for data transmission between internal survey platforms
- Problem solving any data discrepancies or issues
- Consulting with in house Application Support and Advisory when needed on data outputs.
