WHAT YOU’LL DO: In this role, you will function as the Administrator for Power BI, help manage SQL Server, and provide support for our transition from AWS Quick Sight to Power BI. You will help spearhead the company’s initiative to leverage and democratize our data by meeting with stakeholders and helping analysts create and publish Power BI reports. You will be on the ground floor of the company’s adoption and implementation of Power BI. To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent decision-making skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As part of this role, you will help coordinate efforts across multiple company divisions with an extremely diverse range of stakeholders and data experience. Preference for this position is to be on-site at our Eugene Corporate office to help facilitate coordination and manage relationships between leaders, stakeholders, and analysts.

Requirements

Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Cloud Administration
Experience in SQL Server and cloud-based Data Warehouse/Data Lake
Thorough knowledge of data analysis, project management protocols, debugging and testing methods and tools
A commitment to learning new skills and utilizing Generative AI is expected
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively
Solid organizational and estimating skills, with the ability to complete projects within specific deadlines
Ability to work in a team environment with high productivity

Nice To Haves

Experience with Databricks, Spark, AWS Admin, and AWS Quick Sight
Experience in heavy equipment industry software and business processes are a plus!
