About The Position

Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Data Client Success Specialist. This position is located in our New York City office with a hybrid schedule (three days onsite, two days remote). Job Overview: This position will play a key role as a conduit between our Data Reporting team and our sales support teams and clients. We are looking for a unique individual that understands data and analytics, has strong organizational skills and is a positive communicator, both verbally and in writing with experience in direct client communication.

Requirements

1-3 years related experience
Background in data and client management
Knowledgeable in Google and MS products, specifically Sheets and Excel
Experience with Salesforce, and project management tools
Exceptional organizational and communication skills and ability to think creatively for solutions
BS/MS degree in related field (or equivalent training and experience)

Responsibilities

Partnering with the Data Client Success Manager, support the coordination between client and internal teams
Communicate with sales and external clients on a regular basis to explain our data capabilities and collect requirements
Review client specs with internal data/analytics teams as part of standard reporting
Track client data requests and follow up with internal team on status

The salary range for this position is $60,000–$75,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
