About The Position

Join a high-demand data center team supporting post-installation activities for a major network upgrade. Ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of data center experience who want to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of data center experience (L1 or L2)
• Familiarity with cabling (fiber/copper), racking/stacking, and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
• Jeans or long pants
• Steel-toed or reinforced boots
• Gloves

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of Linux/Windows is a plus
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for fiber/copper cabling and hardware components.
• Familiarity with 400G technology and network turn-up processes preferred.
• Experience with large structured cabling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with network turn-up activities for newly installed infrastructure
• Perform break/fix work, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and replacing cables
• Support large-scale structured cabling efforts (fiber optics, Cat5/Cat6)
• Rack and stack servers, build cabinets, and handle installations/decommissioning
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
