About The Position

Our client continues the need for updating their network backhaul to handle increased network capacity needs to their data centers. We continue to see 400g efforts and will soon be planning 800g efforts in the RNG of the Phoenix DC District. Our client has asked us to expand our RNG team in preparation for this demand. This team will have it's own TEK PM to collaborate with client stakeholders, DC Tech managers to manage each shift, and a mix of L2/L3/L4 DC Tech resources to execute on the work.

Responsibilities

• De-install and re-install equipment and components within a Data Center.
• Perform hardware break/fix, and networking support.
• Fiber optic and copper cabling investigation racking/stacking of net new devices within a Data Center.
• Perform Regional Network Gateway (“RNG”) device installations at a Data Center.
• Move pre-staged pallets across the Data Center to required locations.
• Support auxiliary IT and network hardware and cabling deployment activities.
• Assist with networking break/fix and deployment tickets.
