MSFTs is expecting a spike in break-fix tickets over the next six months for one of their customers and they don't have the resources to support the workload. MSFT needs a vendor team to manage the ticket queue to maintain customer SLAs. Will be supporting the PHX10 and PHX70 sites. Techs will be taking direction for MSFT tech managers at those sites. Shifts: 3 A-side days and 3 B-side days
