About The Position

This role requires 75% nationwide travel and 25% work in the home market. We are assembling a Tiger Team of Level 2 Data Center Technicians to support the Hi‑Fiber project for a major hyperscale customer. The Hi‑Fiber initiative focuses on replacing legacy coax cabling with fiber infrastructure across data center locations. This team will be the first on site at new locations, responsible for establishing processes, procedures, and best practices during the initial 6–8 weeks of each project. Once the deployment is stabilized, the team will transition to the next location to repeat the process. During downtime between projects, technicians will support operations at data centers within their home market. The role requires experienced data center technicians who can step in and perform independently from day one. Long‑term project completion will eventually be supported by Level 1 cable technicians.

Typical travel duration is up to two weeks at a time before returning home
All travel arrangements are provided, and out‑of-pocket expenses are reimbursed
