How You Will Make a Difference: Lead the Safety focus, root cause analysis and mitigation within your region of North America. Ensure root cause analysis is completed within 48-hours for all Safety Incidents. Analyze the Safety Observations to predict areas of concern, training needs, and to ensure incident avoidance. Motivate, inspire, and encourage team members, as well as cross-functional teams, to execute safely. Partner with internal teams and Client to produce a best-in-class service. Recommend improvements to systems and processes to identify areas of service improvement and best utilization of resources. Perform ad-hoc analysis as well as regular business reviews to support decision making. Understand the business needs for Safety and Training requirements of the client to improve data systems and develop new reporting methods to provide better business visibility. Plan your work to ensure operational commitments are met. Collaborate on cross-functional operational initiatives. Identify process and systems gaps and partner with Milestone and Client operations to drive Safety and Training results. Support the continuous development of operational services on site. What You Will Need to Succeed: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience preferred Successful Project Management or ITIL services experience. Effective professional communication skills, verbal, and written Safety and Training focus OSHA Safety and Health Fundamentals Certificate Hazardous Materials training and certification Problem-solving capabilities Customer Relationship Management focus Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative or part of a remote team Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Google Suite Create pivot charts to visualize data trends Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
