About The Position

We are seeking a tactical and results-driven Data Center Program Director to lead the development and execution of our strategic initiatives aligned with our F30 Data Center Strategy. This role will serve as a program leader, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering key operational programs that enable scalable growth and differentiated customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tactical development and implementation of strategic initiatives that support the Data Center strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
• Design and deploy an organizational and operational structure for the Data Center business, including the Center of Excellence (CoE), Innovation Lab and Customer Experience Centers.
• Provide operational leadership for the integration of acquired data-centric businesses, ensuring continuity and alignment with core objectives.
• Facilitate dotted-line integration across DAA teams (AAP, DDC, Chilldyne, etc.), breaking down business silos and promoting a unified, customer-centric experience.
• Drive improvements in shared functions (e.g., Legal, Customer Care) to enhance speed-to-market and deliver a differentiated customer experience.
