As a Data Center Operations Manager, you will lead a team of technicians responsible for the physical infrastructure that powers Google's services. Your primary duties will include overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and networking equipment, as well as managing troubleshooting and installation projects. You will manage and implement projects, set and execute site strategy, and take responsibility for hiring, coaching, and developing your technical staff. You will have a background in technical infrastructure, team management, and operations management, with experience in hardware, operating systems, and network administration being highly valued.
