The Manager, Operations, Data Center will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the critical infrastructure equipment supporting the Data Centers, direct or indirect supervision of 1-2 assistant managers or leads and/or direct and indirect supervision of 10-20 operations technicians. The Manger Operations have the primary responsibility to ensure that the facility’s power, cooling, and various other subsystems are operating at peak performance, are maintained according to IMDC and Manufacturer’s schedules and recommendations, meet Customer SLA’s in terms of redundancy and uptime, and that these activities are managed in accordance with all regulatory and compliance frameworks. This position is in a 7x24 environment with on call and call in requirements and responding outside of normal business hours will be required.
