About The Position
As a Data Center Operations Manager at GDIT, you will play a crucial role in delivering highly available, resilient, and reliable IT services. This position involves leading daily operations to maintain performance and manage continuity across four networks in multiple locations. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the health, security, and environmental components critical to operations, and drive efficient management and scaling of systems and infrastructure. The role also requires utilizing observability tools and domain expertise to provide reliable and resilient services, contributing to advancing how customers operate.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience
- Strong technical background with knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Management, network management, and hardware maintenance.
- Security clearance level: TS/SCI
- US citizenship required
- Security+ certification required
