The Operations Intern will work onsite with the Operations team to support critical inventory and logistics functions. This role involves hands-on experience with spare parts tracking, vendor coordination, and systems data entry, along with opportunities to shadow experienced technicians and gain valuable exposure to day-to-day operations in a high-tech, fast-paced data center environment.

Requirements

• Are currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year technical or degree program
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Nice To Haves

• Have experience working with vendors or handling inventory

Responsibilities

• Work directly with vendors and site leadership to track and ensure delivery of spare parts
• Maintain an accurate list of pending and received items
• Upload spare part data into InCommand for ongoing inventory tracking
• Present project progress and outcomes at the end of your internship
• File operational reports
• Place orders as directed by site management
• Shadow on-site technicians and learn how a mission-critical data center operates
