In this role, you will lead a team in Data Center operations, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding availability, efficiency, and cost are met for internal teams. You will scale the campus team to meet evolving business needs by adeptly utilizing technical talent and defining key hiring requirements for regional data centers. You will be expected to devise creative approaches to reduce operational costs while simultaneously boosting overall efficiency. Additionally, you will enforce environmental and safety standards and, during emergencies, manage outages and performance issues to minimize recovery time. Responsibilities
