About The Position

Control and administer all activities in the Facility Maintenance department Responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, tooling and plant facilities Universal EPA Certification 4+ years' experience in critical facilities maintenance Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload In-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems Ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals, schematics, and control circuit Technical aptitude Knowledge of local codes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Conflict management skills Detail-oriented and highly organized - able to multi-task Computer skills: - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, general software navigation Extensive commercial HVAC knowledge (Centrifugal knowledge required) Moderate commercial plumbing knowledge (preferred) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Working knowledge of HVACR controls and sequence of operation. Understand schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical plans, and blueprints. Good concepts of servicing both new and older equipment (if required) A willingness to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Universal EPA Certification
• 4+ years' experience in critical facilities maintenance
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
