About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Data & Business Intelligence Manager with over 15 years of IT expertise in delivering end-to-end data warehousing and analytics solutions using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and enabling actionable business insights.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience with a focus on data warehousing and business intelligence.
• Expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Informatica, SQL, and Python.
• Strong experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and Sigma Computing.
• Deep domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Insurance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable data solutions using Snowflake, DBT, Informatica, SQL, and Python.
• Manage and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Drive the creation of advanced dashboards and self-service analytics using Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and Sigma Computing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Insurance domains to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
