About The Position

Design and implement the organization's data architecture to ensure efficient data management, data integration, and data governance. Play a critical role in defining and implementing a scalable and robust data infrastructure that supports the company's analytical and operational needs. This position requires expertise in data modeling, database design, and a deep understanding of data management principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience (6+ years) as a Data Architect or a similar role, with a focus on data architecture design and implementation typically required.
• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques, database design principles, and data management best practices.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools and languages, such as ERwin, ER/Studio, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data integration technologies, such as ETL/ELT tools and data integration platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and data lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of data security and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design scalable and robust data architectures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of dbtLabs, Astronomer, Github, Reltio, Qlik Replicate is preferred
