About The Position

As a Data Architect, you will design solutions based on performance data, first-hand review and analysis, customer feedback and industry’s best practices. Your role: As a SME, you technically differentiate our solutions from our competitors with soft skills that build trust with our customers while assisting in closing sales opportunities. Providing pre-sales technical expertise for developing innovative solutions; using your in-depth product knowledge through sales presentations and product reference architecture discussions, you will assist the sales staff in assessing the potential application of Philips solutions to meet customer needs to both IT and non-technical audiences, including clinical audiences. Applying consultative expertise to the sales process, assessing solutions based on trade-offs, costs, performance, reliability, security, fault tolerance, IT investments concerning services, and level of effort in engagement to ensure customer success and positive business results. Providing a link between product marketing and the sales organization to ensure that products and services are positioned to maximize customer value and provide market feedback to the product development organization based on customer experience. Facilitating teamwork and mentoring within the Sales Teams before, during, and after-sales engagements, including Project Managers during handover to delivery (and beyond). You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience within medical technology capital equipment sales, healthcare IT director, and/or infrastructure and sales/service engineering. Your skills include: A solid understanding of IT and healthcare IT technologies, aligned with market trends (ex. telehealth & mobility). Working operational knowledge of healthcare informatics, including HL7, DICOM, WCM, FHIR, IHE, cybersecurity, XAAS services, advanced wired/wireless networking, as well as custom APIs/integrations. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, confidently leading strategic discussions and advancing opportunities through a collaborative, team-based solutions approach that aligns clinical, technical, and business priorities. You have a bachelor's or master's Degree in Health Science, Business, Clinical Practice or 9+ years of equivalent experience noted above. (CCNA, CCNP, AWS, VCP, CYSA+ or other specialties/disciplines – a plus. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $174,750 to $187,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Requirements
