Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shipping and receiving activities, including tracking, packing, and unpacking shipments
• Enter data accurately into inventory and shipping systems
• Manage packing and labeling for outgoing shipments
• Unpack and organize incoming items, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service for shipping inquiries and issues
• Maintain organization in the shipping and receiving area
