Data and Evaluation Lead
About The Position
The Data and Evaluation Lead will support measurement and learning for the proposed program. This role helps turn data into actionable insights that guide program decisions and improvements. The Data and Evaluation Lead will support the Data and Evaluation team in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative program data from multiple sources, prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate progress toward key outcomes to program leadership, funders, and partners. This role will also help interpret findings and identify trends to inform program adjustments, continuous improvement, and future planning across digital health initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a skilled evaluator and data strategist who can transform raw information into actionable insights—someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, communication, and program improvement in the digital health space. The preferred location for this position is Maine; candidates must be able to travel to the Hallowell, Maine, office several times a month.
