About The Position

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You'll Do Drive Digital Transformation: Lead and support finance transformation initiatives with a heavy focus on digital innovation. Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver digital solutions that drive measurable impact. Application Prototyping & Development: Rapidly prototype and develop data-driven applications and dashboards tailored for stakeholder engagement, agile solutions delivery, and high-impact business outcomes. Leverage Microsoft Power Platform: Design, build, and deploy advanced solutions using Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI—to automate workflows, visualize data, and enable informed decision-making. Advanced Data Analytics: Apply data mining, digital analytics, and the latest analytical tools to extract actionable insights and recommend solutions that support organizational goals. SharePoint Solutions: Configure and develop SharePoint sites to enhance enterprise collaboration and streamline workflow automation, aligning with security and performance best practices. Enterprise Application Development: Participate in the design and development of secure, high-performing mobile or enterprise applications, ensuring best-in-class integration across platforms and adherence to security standards. Stakeholder Engagement & Agile Delivery: Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders, incorporating feedback through iterative development cycles within agile delivery frameworks. Includes strategy development, road mapping, strategic PMO, enterprise value creation, and finance automation and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance for this role
• Due to clearance requirements, US Citizenship is required
• 3+ years of experience supporting finance transformation initiatives, including direct involvement in digital transformation, application prototyping, dashboard generation, or software/app development
• 3+ years of experience in data mining, advanced data analytics, or digital analytics leveraging modern data tools to drive actionable insights
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Power Apps and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Automate and Power BI)
• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint configuration and development for enterprise collaboration and workflow automation
• 2+ years of experience rapidly prototyping data-driven applications and dashboards for stakeholder engagement and agile solution delivery
• 2+ years of experience in mobile app development or enterprise software/application development, including integration of security and performance best practices
