About The Position

What You’ll Do Analyze financial, sales, marketing, and operational data to support decision-making. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics. Build automation and AI-enabled analysis. Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers across functions. Work with teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements. Support data cleaning, validation, and documentation. Work alongside founders to drive company direction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (data analytics, statistics, economics, engineering, computer science, or similar) — completed or in final year.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data (AI, spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools).
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and derive insights.
• Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership in a startup environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SQL, Python, or BI Tools
• Understanding of Machine learning and AI concepts
• Ability to solve complex problems
