About The Position

Paradigm Max Q is seeking a skilled Data Analytics Senior Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to generate actionable insights that improve business operations, performance, and strategic planning.
The senior analyst will contribute to dashboard development, reporting, and predictive analytics initiatives, working closely with the Director of Analytics, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions. This position is ideal for a data professional who combines strong technical skills with a business-focused mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (required).
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering actionable insights, dashboards, and reports in a business environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and at least one scripting language such as Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent platforms.
• Working knowledge of data warehousing, cloud-based analytics tools, and data governance principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory, descriptive, and advanced analytics to support operational and strategic business initiatives.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and the Director of Analytics to help define analytics priorities and data strategy.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports that provide timely, accurate business intelligence to stakeholders.
• Ensure dashboards and reports align with key performance indicators (KPIs) and leadership-defined metrics.
• Partner with operations, finance, business development, and program teams to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches, models, and visual outputs that support decision-making.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the development and application of forecasting models, statistical analyses, and trend analysis.
• Apply machine learning or advanced analytical techniques where appropriate to inform planning and performance optimization.
• Promote data quality by supporting data validation, documentation, and governance practices.
• Assist in developing standardized data definitions, reusable datasets, and reporting frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data management and analytics processes.
