Reporting to the Director of Fiscal & Business Operations, the Data Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the mission of Arizona PBS by transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organization. This position partners with internal departments—including Membership, Engineering, Content, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations—as well as key stakeholders to deliver operational, tactical, and strategic reporting solutions. The Data Analyst will manage and analyze member, donor, marketing, digital, financial, and stakeholder data; develop insightful reports and audience segmentations; and expand data resources to incorporate new data sources and entities. Using Business Intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Marketing Cloud, Workday, and SQL, this role supports revenue growth, cost-saving initiatives, and long-term strategic goals. A core focus of the position is evolving Arizona PBS’s data platform into a user-friendly, scalable ecosystem that enables teams to efficiently access, understand, and act on data. The Data Analyst is expected to operate in compliance with PBS and FCC regulations, as well as university, departmental, and Arizona Board of Regents policies and procedures.
