The Data Analyst administers surveys using Qualtrics and prepares comprehensive statistical and narrative reports, translating complex social and behavioral data into clear visualizations and actionable insights for both academic and general audiences. This role requires expertise in social and behavioral health data, quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and programming using tools such as R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, and Power BI, with a strong emphasis on data quality, integrity, and compliance. The position is responsible for managing data systems, developing dashboards, streamlining processes, and supporting research initiatives. Through cross-functional collaboration, the Data Analyst provides meaningful workforce analytics that support data-driven decision-making across departments. This role contributes to organizational strategy by enhancing understanding, planning, and engagement, and by presenting workforce data to advise leadership and guide departmental priorities based on key metrics and analysis.
