Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on supporting HR operations through data analysis, reporting, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our HR technology stack, with a strong emphasis on Paycor HRIS and ATS, while delivering actionable insights to inform HR strategies across our expanding organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR data analysis, reporting, or HRIS administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation, reporting, and visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Paycor HRIS and Paycor ATS (configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting).
  • Familiarity with other HR tools, SQL querying, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience in a multi-company or acquisition-heavy environment, with knowledge of data integration challenges.
  • Previous work in facilities services, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Paycor HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including system setup, workflow customization, user access management, and integration support.
  • Develop, automate, and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using Paycor tools, advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, macros), and other reporting platforms.
  • Analyze HR data to provide insights on key metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, headcount trends, performance, compensation, and compliance.
  • Support HRIS implementations, data migrations, and system enhancements, particularly during company acquisitions and integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS while troubleshooting issues and performing regular audits.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, and leadership to translate business needs into data solutions and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through data-driven recommendations and automation.
  • Stay current on Paycor features, updates, and best practices to maximize system utilization.
