The Role: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Analyst (Contractor) to support data-driven decision-making across RYZE’s marketing and eCommerce functions. In this role, you’ll analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, optimize performance, and support scalable reporting and tracking infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the Senior Data Manager and cross-functional partners to ensure data accuracy, improve visibility into performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, OR 5+ years of relevant data experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI
  • Familiarity with marketing and eCommerce platforms including Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo
  • Ability to analyze and report on full-funnel marketing performance
  • Experience with event tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Sigma experience is a plus
  • Experience with DBT is a plus
  • Background in eCommerce, consumer goods, or wellness industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
  • Support accurate QA of pixel tracking and event-tracking implementations across platforms
  • Assist in building and maintaining full-funnel reporting using Snowflake and other BI tools
  • Measure the efficiency of marketing channels and assess customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Create dashboards and recurring reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct A/B test analysis to inform and improve marketing performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, and Data Engineering teams
  • Maintain and update the company’s data dictionary and analytics documentation
  • Support reporting automation, data hygiene, and scalability initiatives
