About The Position
ADB is seeking a Data Analyst to support our Applications Development team and support ADB’s growth. The ideal candidate will utilize their IT data expertise to analyze gaps and build tools to support our operations teams. They will be deadline driven, accountable, and innovation to develop processes and procedures to drive efficiency within the department.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of IT Data and Analytics experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Support the design and maintenance of dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
- Collaborate with business units to gather data requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Perform exploratory and statistical analyses to support business initiatives; present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and sources
- Assist with data quality checks, governance, and process documentation
- Demonstrate basic understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques, including data modeling, relational databases and ETL concepts
- Be proficient with SQL, Python, R, or data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
