Requirements

  • Bachelors in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science, and minimum 5 years of data analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make recommendations for refresh strategies.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level IT systems, asset management, and technology lifecycles.
  • Organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and collaboration across teams.
  • Ensuring accurate tracking of asset inventories and refresh schedules.
  • Possess excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph.
  • US Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, or CMDB tools).

Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Analysis on the organization's current technology assets (hardware, software, infrastructure) to identify obsolescence or areas needing updates.
  • Maintaining and monitoring asset inventories to track hardware and software components slated for refresh.
  • Ensure systems and equipment adhere to lifecycle plans, identifying when replacements or upgrades are needed based on age, performance, and business requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize refresh efforts based on urgency, business value, and budget constraints.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of refresh initiatives, including cost-benefit analyses of retaining versus replacing aging technology.
  • Produce dashboards and reports that communicate refresh status, timelines, and cost metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineers, project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to execute refresh strategies efficiently.
  • Assess risks associated with delays or failures in updating critical technologies and proposing mitigation plans.
