Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Business Management or a related field.
3+ years of data analysis experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and modeling and Data visualization tools—Power BI preferred; Tableau or Looker.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation and Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques for analyzing unstructured data (e.g., customer feedback, social media).
Exposure to AI-enhanced BI tools (e.g., Power BI with Copilot, Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot).
Experience working with data engineering teams, data pipelines, and data warehouse architecture.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Workfront and version control and workflow tools.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that influence business decisions.
Strong understanding of business strategy and operations.
Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and connect them to business outcomes.
Strategic thinker who can visualize the ideal state and map the path to get there.
Experience engaging with executive stakeholders.
Experienced in developing polished, professional presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights, trends and recommendations.
Skilled in translating data into clear, engaging stories through verbal presentations tailored to non-technical audiences.
A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
