About The Position

We are seeking a Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in creating dashboards and generating actionable insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop intuitive visualizations, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
• Proven track record of developing dashboards and delivering insights to business stakeholders.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Business Engagement & Requirements Gathering Partner with business teams to understand objectives, KPIs, and reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data models and dashboards.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Dashboard Development & Data Visualization Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Spotfire, Power BI
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.
• Implement data governance and quality checks to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Insight Generation & Analytics Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and perform deep-dive analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Data Management & Process Improvement Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability and integrity.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies.
