About The Position

Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking a focused and motivated Data Analyst with 2 to 4 years of true full time data analytics experience, to join our growing team. This position will report to our Senior Director of Communications and Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of the full data cycle, from data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and reporting. Along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for transforming data into actionable strategies. Requirements

Proficiencyin data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL) and data visualization software (Power BI).
Ability to analyze and interpretcomplex and robustdatasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skillsand attention to detail.
Able to type 45 WPM or more.
English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Proper phone etiquette
Must be fluent inbothEnglish and Spanish.
Attention to detail and process orientation.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or Business Analyticsand/ormaster'sin dataAnalytics Preferred.
At least 2 – 4 years offull-time experience in data analysis.
Experience with data visualization withPower BIrequired– Will be tested on-site during interview process.
Strongproficiencymanipulating data withExcel-required,andPython-Strongly Recommended.
Proficiencyin relational databases (SQL) – Strongly Recommended.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communicationskills to present findings and buildingreportsto non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Complete full data cycle projects,including data collection, cleaning, validation, analysis, visualization, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collect and analyzelarge datasets,identifytrends, patterns, and correlations to support strategic business decisions.
Develop andmaintainautomatedreports, dashboards, anddatavisualizationsto clearly present insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams todefine and monitor KPIsand provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
Identifyopportunities for process optimization and propose data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Perform any other tasks or functionsdeemednecessary to the daily operations of the employer.
