About The Position

As the Solutions Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting long-term strategies to improve service operations. You will guide daily management activities, contributing to large-scale initiatives, conducting complex analyses, and addressing challenging issues. Your role: Focuses on identifying trends and issues to drive operational excellence. Leads day-to-day management activities, applying problem-solving techniques to overcome challenges. Actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement across service operations. Manages large-scale changes or upgrades to service processes and systems, ensuring minimal disruption and strategic alignment. Transforms analytical findings into actionable plans for measurable performance. Ensures adherence to regulations, policies, and service standards to maintain quality and compliance. Handles complex complaints and escalations with precision and timely resolution. Sharing best practices and guiding process improvements. Prepares and delivers comprehensive reports on service performance, supporting informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in working with large data sets and interpreting and translating those into reports or visuals to be used for decision making.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query and SQL.
  • Proven ability to create, analyze, and administer complex reporting.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Education in Operations Management, Service Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Science or 4+ years equivalent data and reporting experience.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re an excellent communicator with the ability to interact with different levels within the organization.
