About The Position

We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Data Analyst to help build, maintain, and evolve data workflows that power Chartmetric’s products and insights. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys solving open-ended problems, working across datasets, and moving quickly in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer, ideally in a startup, agency, consulting, or client-services environment
A strong foundation in analytical databases and data warehouse concepts, including writing performant queries and working with large datasets
Experience working with relational and analytical databases such as Snowflake, ClickHouse, Postgres, or comparable systems (experience with similar tools is transferable)
Hands-on experience with data preparation and transformation, including cleaning raw data, joining multiple sources, and building repeatable ETL/ELT workflows
Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration (e.g., Airflow or similar tools), including scheduling jobs, debugging failures, and monitoring data quality
Proficiency in Python for analysis, scripting, and automation along with Github for version control and automation
Exposure to cloud storage and data lakes (e.g., S3 or equivalent), including loading, exporting, or organizing large datasets
Experience experimenting with or integrating LLM APIs into data workflows and understanding of agentic workflows(e.g., enrichment, classification, summarization, or rapid prototyping)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ad-hoc environment, where priorities can shift and problems aren’t always fully scoped
Creative, innovative, and scrappy—able to find practical solutions with imperfect data and evolving requirements
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools, datasets, and approaches
Able to translate ambiguous questions into concrete analyses, pipelines, or experiments
